Those who are wanting to apply for services must meet the following criteria:

> Single individuals who have open State DCF or SCC cases and are working on
reunification with their children, and who are actively seeking recovery.

> Single individuals who have custody of their children and are avoiding foster
placement, and who are actively seeking recovery.

We are not a halfway house or apartment living. Freedom House is a
wraparound program with significant requirements.
